At Ernest London, we strive to offer our customers high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, we understand that situations may arise where you wish to return an item. This Returns Policy clearly explains the conditions and procedures.

Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- A return request can only be submitted after the customer has physically received the item.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping and any customs-related charges.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all original tags still attached.
- Trying on the item is permitted, but wearing it beyond a try-on is not.
- Orders intentionally placed in multiple sizes or variants with the intention of returning part of the items are not eligible for return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Returns procedure
- Submit your return request by email to info@ernestlondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Once approved, you will receive the return address from our supplier. Please note that our suppliers are located internationally, including in China.
- The item must be sent back entirely at your own expense, including shipping costs, customs charges and handling fees.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method with delivery confirmation.
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the supplier's return address and inspected to verify that it meets our conditions, the refund will be processed.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days of the return being accepted.
- Refunds are processed using the same payment method used during the purchase.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the returned item does not meet the requirements, the refund may be partial or declined.
Liability
- We are not liable for lost return shipments if tracking confirms that the parcel was delivered to the address provided.
- If an incorrect delivery address is entered during purchase, this is the responsibility of the customer.
- Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, changes may no longer be possible due to order processing.
